Designated Jucebox Time

  • Set aside designated Jucebox time everyday.

  • Minimum of an hour each day to go through the Daily Actions.

  • Ideally an AM & PM time to reach out to leads.

Manage CRM Conversations

  • Check for new leads, conversations, replies, voicemails, and missed calls

  • Address conversations promptly

  • Manage pipeline stages and move prospects based on conversation status

Stay Organized

  • Move leads into appropriate Pipeline Stages.

  • Make notes on any lead actions.

  • Make notes after contact has been made.

  • Update notes on any appointments that have been completed.

Follow Up

  • Follow up with leads that haven’t had any contact in 2-3 days.

  • Send a “following up” text or Make a call.

  • Reach out and try and reschedule any calls/zooms that were no shows.

  • Check “Abandoned Leads” for follow ups needed.

  • Check “Long Term Nurture” Pipeline for follow ups

Stay Persistent

  • Continue calling sequence with all leads that haven’t reached Contact Made.

  • Assess pipeline and make calls 1-10 for leads with no contact.

  • Send manual texts to any leads in Contact Made that haven’t received one
