
Set aside designated Jucebox time everyday.
Minimum of an hour each day to go through the Daily Actions.
Ideally an AM & PM time to reach out to leads.
Check for new leads, conversations, replies, voicemails, and missed calls
Address conversations promptly
Manage pipeline stages and move prospects based on conversation status
Move leads into appropriate Pipeline Stages.
Make notes on any lead actions.
Make notes after contact has been made.
Update notes on any appointments that have been completed.
Follow up with leads that haven’t had any contact in 2-3 days.
Send a “following up” text or Make a call.
Reach out and try and reschedule any calls/zooms that were no shows.
Check “Abandoned Leads” for follow ups needed.
Check “Long Term Nurture” Pipeline for follow ups
Continue calling sequence with all leads that haven’t reached Contact Made.
Assess pipeline and make calls 1-10 for leads with no contact.
Send manual texts to any leads in Contact Made that haven’t received one
